Toir at the Park

This past week my wife and I were having a, well, discussion.  It lasted for a few days.  Actually there was no discussion because we both were disgusted with the other.  As is our want, we finally came back together with a note written.  My wife was the first to write me (I am too stubborn I have been told).  I reciprocated.  I was not very happy when I read her note.  She dared criticized me, can you believe it.

Stranded in Okie City

August 13, 2012 — Leave a comment

What a bummer, I bought a camper and was driving it home to Texas from Illinois and my truck ran into a problem in Oklahoma City.  Actually, I think it was several problems, read all about it here.

In the meantime I just wanted to let you know I have taken a little unplanned time off this summer from this site.  I had not planned on it, but it has turned out to be a blessing to me and will be to you as well.  I have great content for the fall and some great things planned to help you live with more purpose.

In the meantime, check out my personal blog for some great upcoming stuff and a new site that I started with my wife, Two Teachers in Texas.  I am excited about what we are doing over there.  That is part of the reason for my absence this summer.  We have a great podcast on that site and some other stuff you might find interesting, especially if you are a teacher.

Gotta run, but check out my blog post about my current predicament.  See you soon.
